“I ordered this vase online for my daughter-in-law's Christmas present to be collected from Leamington Spa store. Unfortunately I had to go to Oxford to stay with my ill daughter and couldn't collect it within the allotted time. A very kind and helpful assistant in the north Oxford store, (they didn't have the vase available) contacted head office to ensure it would be held in Leamington until I got back home. I didn't get her name but she had an Irish accent. I really appreciated her helpfulness at a difficult time. Thank you!”
