“Bought a bag in black colour in Kingston Upon Thames branch yesterday and the inner black colour dye is not safe. In the first use the bag's inner colour stained my white neck fan and glasses cover and ruined it. Paid £65 for the bag but then came out as such low quality built. Wanted to go back and change or ask for refund but I threw away the tag already and I live far away from the shop, have to travel 1 hour so i'm very much dissapointed.”
