The store I collected from didn’t realise there were 2 packages, I didn’t know till I got home & unpacked, had to telephone & go back the next day to collect. The second package had the vase which had an obvious ‘seam’ and I’m totally surprised it was dispatched, also causing me a further trip to take it back, and another to collect the replacement!

The hot chocolate bombs were damaged on arrival. Sent an email to customer services a week ago and still no response.

First purchase from Oliver Bonas. Item arrived broken and no response to my email over a week later. It’s was not packaged adequately for the delicacy of the product. Pretty disappointed with the customer service.

Arrived broken. Was packaged inside a larger cement plant pot with only 1 later of protective wrapping around it. Emailed customer services 5 days ago and still no response. Very little care taken with it.

I never received it!! Got a text saying I hadn’t picked up my purchase yet. Made my way to the shop only to find out the text related to a lampshade which I had ALREADY collected! Wasted journey and still no green throw!

They have arrived all broken, defeated the purpose of them. Have emails customer services and no reply! Wont be ordering for OB again!!!!

The pot is poor quality, the design is a golden sticker which start pilling itself off. Would not recommend

I orders this almost three weeks ago, I’ve had no feedback no email to say when can collect it. Nothing. Except an email asking me to review the product ..... I need it for Christmas as i explained in my custom service email

I first ordered on 15th November. My order never arrived. Your customer care team said they would send out another and it still has not arrived. It is now 14th December and my kris kindle is in a few days. I would like a full refund please.

Companies that ask for a review about something you have never seen are aTOTAL,WASTE OF SPACE They are so full of their own importance they do not think that at this time of year someone may ask for something that the purchaser will never see. Without thinking they then ask the purchaser to write a review - how pathetic. They do online purchase a huge amount of damage

I would love to write a positive review however Hermes delivery let you down badly, they keep sending me a time and date for delivery between 7pm and 9pm I've had 5 different dates sent now and still no delivery, I get a message late at night saying they tried to deliver but no one in or no safe place, I ordered from next which has been delivered by Hermes on one of the dates given but not my order from Oliver Bonas, I have been in everytime as I am unable to out due to being clinically vulnerable due to the virus, there is no way of contacting Hermes to find out where my parcel is or when it will be delivered or what the problem is, this has put me off buying anything else

Came in a HUGE amount of unnecessary wrapping in a MASSIVE box. The candle was open and bashed around the sides. The gifts could've been in a box half the size and wouldn't have moved around as much and much less waste produced! Had to go into my local Oliver Bonas in Balham to switch it for a new one.
