Nice item but had to pay pay £2 to have it delivered to store which is outrageous. I only paid it because its what my daughter wanted.

Sorry I bought these earrings. They don't look as good as the picture looked on the web-site. They are very difficult to put in. Not worth the price - which was the reduced price.

the necklace is ok; not great; certainly expensive and it came jumbled up in a cellophane packet which took me ages to sort out. I would have thought for the amount charges it would come boxed in the usual way that jewellery is presented.

Nothing wrong with the earrings, however, they’re presented in a flimsy plastic bag rather than a box… if you’re looking to gift these to someone you’ll have to buy an additional box elsewhere to make it look half decent

I recently ordered this and was very disappointed that at £45 it was firstly received in a small PLASTIC bag which was then just put in a paper bag. At £45 I do feel that it should have arrived in a gift box. I’ve had to gift it up in a box I fortunately had. Very disappointed and unlikely to order from Oliver Bonas again which is a shame as I generally like the company

Allows you to purchase click and collect using paypal but paypal purchases must be posted back, meaning you have to pay for the return. There should be a warning for this when paypal is selected.

So I ordered this item a couple of weeks in advance to allow for the congestion of Christmas orders and deliveries taking slightly longer, it took two weeks to final be told it’s lost in transit when I kept being told it’s out for delivery and will be on the next delivery to the store. They did then rectify the issue by issuing me a replacement and this arrived 10 days ago BUT the product is ALREADY broken as the hook/loop has detached from the bag at the stitching. It’s such a beautiful item to which I now can’t use because the strap doesn’t attach to the loop, as this has come off at the stitching as well as the zip no longer being there and has come off. Items like bags have to be durable to be opened and closed so the zip has to be durable and being an over shoulder bag, the loop has to be sufficient to hold this. I would like to believe that any products would last longer then 10 days and is one of my favourite stores and the whole experience of purchasing this item really has made me think twice about what I order, if at all again. So very disappointing overall experience.

It was poorly wrapped for delivery and arrived scratched. Had to travel to a store where it was exchanged efficiently.

Product was as expected but delivered in a small plastic bag that you’d get if you were buying a pack of screws/nails . Massively disappointing they were not in a box or nice pouch.

I wish I could but unfortunately they use Hermes to deliver and am still waiting after 3 weeks. To give them their due they are looking into what Hermes have done with it.
