“I was first bought the bracelet as a birthday present in September. Within 2 weeks of wearing it I lost it. I assumed it either broke or came unclipped whilst I was wearing it. As I was so upset as it was a very old close friend that had bought it for me I ordered myself another one on line. I picked it up from the shop without checking it. When I got it home I found the actual briar disc is black instead of green like the first one and as it was advertised. But I wanted to wear it anyway but still a bit unhappy with it. Then yesterday as I was making my bed the chain came away from the ring next to the clasp, so I could have again lost it if I wasn't at home. I've tried squeezing the ring together onto the chain but I'm sure I will eventually loose it again as it is so fragile. So overall not a good experience with the bracelet. It's very pretty and obviously fine and delicate but I did expected it to be a bit stronger”

“I purchased this for a gift and for about a week it was great. Then it leaked and the batteries went rusty and filled it with orange rust. I have emailed twice for a refund or replacement and have received no response from anyone at oliver bonas. Disappointed as it was great when it worked!”

“Liked the product, delivery was a nightmare. Paid for it to be next day delivery, this didn’t arrive. After a week I called customer services who got back to me a few days later saying the parcel had been lost. Another parcel was sent, I chased them up as nothing arrived. The parcel had been lost again. Eventually decided to collect the item from a store.”

“I bought this as a gift for a friend. I have just found out, weeks later that it arrived with the oil everywhere. My friend, not wanting to tell me, had to push to get this gift replaced, meanwhile no one from OB told me even though I had purchased this as a gift! I am not every impressed.”

“Unfortunately had to return as the magnet that kept the over strap in place dislodged itself. Therefore no loner having the stylish flap in place. Swapped for zipped version, but had to buy interesting strap as they come with plain boring strap.”

“I purchased a bag on Sat for sat night out with friends I based it on my look for the night got gone got ready and went to pack my new bag and the till assistance did not remove the security tag which upset me as I always rely on my night out outfits with you. Now I have to come back next week and will return it because it was for sat night to go with a certain outfit :(”

“I bought this set as a present but was very disappointed by the poor packaging. It was a plain cardboard box with rough corrugated cardboard dividers. I am actually embarrassed to package it up in nice gift paper as a present. The items themselves were good quality and will look good on display.”

“Bought this as a gift for my friend, overall the tray and three bowls are so cute. When I did order, only one of the bowls arrived in a big box so I had to email in order to get a complete full new set sent out - maybe a mistake at the warehouse but nonetheless was pretty inconvenient. Customer services were very helpful and sent a new one out on next day delivery.”
