Lovely item. Purchased one for myself and both pieces turned up In One box. Ordered another 20 October pot received week later and stand only turned up on 10 November. Added them To what’s app as easier to keep In touch regarding delivery.

The mirror is fantastic, a really lovely item. But the delivery was appalling. It took ages, they delivered the wrong mirror... which was also broken due to really poor packaging and left glass all over our floor. The customer service in resolving it was good - and I was offered free postage and a discount, but it didn't make up for what a nightmare it was. I wouldn't order from them again unless they change delivery provider.

Website a bit clunky! Difficult to access description of goods and kept closing during selection and purchase. Item, an electric diffuser, attractive and good quality but expensive for what it is.

Nice earrings, shame about the price of a gift box . I bought a pair in my local store and box was £1 and they were also wrapped in tissue. Won’t buy online again

The ring has lost its shape. It’s oval now instead of round and I didn’t lift anything heavy with it for it to happen. Disappointed.

I love Oliver Bonas products - unfortunately this item was a little tarnished and looked like it had been hanging around a shop for a while. I didnt have time to return as it was a present.

I was first bought the bracelet as a birthday present in September. Within 2 weeks of wearing it I lost it. I assumed it either broke or came unclipped whilst I was wearing it. As I was so upset as it was a very old close friend that had bought it for me I ordered myself another one on line. I picked it up from the shop without checking it. When I got it home I found the actual briar disc is black instead of green like the first one and as it was advertised. But I wanted to wear it anyway but still a bit unhappy with it. Then yesterday as I was making my bed the chain came away from the ring next to the clasp, so I could have again lost it if I wasn't at home. I've tried squeezing the ring together onto the chain but I'm sure I will eventually loose it again as it is so fragile. So overall not a good experience with the bracelet. It's very pretty and obviously fine and delicate but I did expected it to be a bit stronger

I purchased this for a gift and for about a week it was great. Then it leaked and the batteries went rusty and filled it with orange rust. I have emailed twice for a refund or replacement and have received no response from anyone at oliver bonas. Disappointed as it was great when it worked!

Liked the product, delivery was a nightmare. Paid for it to be next day delivery, this didn’t arrive. After a week I called customer services who got back to me a few days later saying the parcel had been lost. Another parcel was sent, I chased them up as nothing arrived. The parcel had been lost again. Eventually decided to collect the item from a store.
