The armchair itself is cute,beautiful,amazing. The service not so great. It took 4 exchanges to deliver the armchair without flawss. It all took nearly 3 months. The customer service became pushy and not nice in the end. Im not sure why paying so much money for a piece of furniture customer service people expected me to keep something far away from perfect. Very frustrating. Please order only if you have a lot of time and energy to deal with them.

Unfortunately I bought 3 of these to try for size and each had an issue. The stitching was poor on each one. Could have been a lovely jumpsuit apart from that. Good value in the sale but overpriced at £80.

My friend was happy with her gifts but I was not so happy that she received the invoice with it with the pricing of all her items. I had no option to select a gift during check out so I assumed my e-mail confirmation was my receipt. Not happy at all that she got this in the package.

Quality of the stand was not upto standard it took 3 deliveries for it to be ok.

I generally like Oliver Bonas but the quality of the items wasn’t great, and the zip was broken on the jewellery box

I usually love Oliver Bonus and cannot fault any product. However, I bought this for my friend who is going to university in September. The product was broken but I didn’t have time to return the product so fixed it myself. One of the metal bits on the size had come apart from its frame. The product wasn’t as aesthetic as the website suggest, too. Disappointed as I have never been disappointed.

Unfortunately the earrings I ordered were damaged, they were packed well so was not in transit. I can’t understand why someone would pack damaged goods, without checking it. I was very disappointed as they were for a special occasion. The return and money back was fine. Liz

Hi, had a bad experience with the delivery, which was just dumped in the garden over the gate and subsequently gotten wet in a puddle. There is a plastic bag over the dress but have still gotten dirty water within. Placed me in a bad mood and hence returned this. Otherwise, it would have kept it as it fitted well.

Very nice to drink out of but the glass is extremely thin and my husband put some ice in one for gin and broke on 2nd use.

Unfortunately this was too large - i was expecting it to be much smaller - the size of a business card. It would be helpful to show an image with a card inside it and next to it, to get the scale. However, I returned it and OB refunded me promptly, so all is good.

The earrings are lovely. Just what I wanted. The reason for my 2 star review is because of the very poor packaging. The earrings were wrapped in cardboard and when they arrived the posts were bent flat against the back of the earrings. My husband managed to straighten the posts for me but he shouldn’t have had to. Please check goods ate properly packed for posting.

Actually I brought them for my granddaughter as a birthday present ,she has tried wearing them and they really hurt her and she has asked me if they can be returned please as she cannot wear them

All the other reviews said it was on the large size and to size down, which I did and it went nowhere near me. Also I felt the material very thin and flimsy. Not what I expected. I returned it and the refund was processed very quickly which is fantastic!

Nice fabric but fit wasn’t great on me. I’m 5.5, size 12 and felt swamped in it, even though it was the correct size. Returned.

I was introduced to Oliver Bonas jewelry by a friend in London and loved the necklaces she had gifted to me. However, trying your online products for the first time I was very disappointed with the quality of the two necklaces that I purchased. They were cheap and brassy and not what I expected. So sad as I hoped to become a regular customer

I was really disappointed with these, which was such a shame as I love everything else I have bought from Oliver Bonas. One of the coasters had a defect in it which looked as though it was cracked, I was sent a replacement and the coaster looked the same as well as being chipped. Both returned. Such a shame
