I have had this mat 4 weeks now, purely indoor use. Shook it once outside to get rid of dust/dirt and it ripped.

None of the items have been delivered yet. I realise the delivery is in Australia but tge order was made more than three weeks ago and as this is a birthday present it is rather upsetting.

Unfortunately arrived broken. Customer service were helpful in locating one in store as out of stock online but ultimately it was going to cost me more to then get it delivered myself to my home so did not proceed with a replacement.

Lovely sandals. However I ordered a size 8 but a size 6 was delivered. I had to return same and order size 8 again. They arrived promptly but I am still awaiting a refund for my original order (2weeks now)

First time buying from Oliver Bonas & I have to say the knitted top I purchased was completely bobbled after only 1 wear… extremely disappointed!

The description of products is often inaccurate, e.g. for item below the description says it is 100% cotton where in fact it is 100% polyester. I had to go physically to the store more than once to change it.

The experience in Oliver Bonas was shockingly poor. The staff were quite rude and abrupt, i was surprised as this doesnt really fit with the brand.
