“Earrings were well packaged but when unwrapped both stems were bent! Disappointing after waiting months for them to come back into stock! Had to keep checking website even though I requested an auto reply when back in stock😓”

“I would have given a much higher score because the fit and the look is great but the cord to tighten them is so thin and it’s also frayed badly. Only worn them once and I’m afraid the cord will snap if I tighten them too much. Also, they crease quite badly sadly 😞”

“The makeup brush holder was beautiful to look at and I was super excited when it arrived. However the product was no way fit for purpose, I have a lot of makeup brushes (different brands too) but they all just slid out of the bottom! (I was not expecting this at all to be fair, the images are deceiving!) The mirrored base doesn't have any grip nor does the base have an edge to stop this from happening. Sadly due to this I had to return the product. Perhaps in future ensure there is a edge to the bottom to stop the brushes from sliding out or have more metal circle loops at the bottom to hold into place.”

“Nice but a stone missing. I bought online but brought back to shop ti see if they had any they didn’t and couldn’t return as I paid via PayPal. I asked if they could order me another pair but they told me I would be charged delivery which is a shame as the product is flawed. As they were only £8 I said I’d keep but i did think all purchases to store were free. Disappointing but glad they didn’t cost too much or I would have just returned.”

“I love the design of these and the mable is good quality but the gold sections scratch so easily. In less than a week the gold sections looked scruffy. For £30 I don't expect my product to look shoddy when I've only had them for a brief while.”
