THE STORE STAFF WERE GREAT. I WANTED TWO OF THESE LAMPS IN THE DARK BLUE OR BLUE BUT AFTER TRYING 3 TIMES I COULD NOT GET THE COLOUR TO MATCH. THEY ARE NOE OUT OF STOCK VERY DISAPPOINTED AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. ALSO THEY COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO THE STORE FOUND THIS OUT 3 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING IN THE STORE. EXPECTED MORE FROM YOUR COMPANY

I ordered those sandals on the internet, lovely colours however one of the straps broke as soon as I tried the on. They kindly gave me a refound without problems. The purse I purchased is absolutely stunning and wore it every day on holiday!

I ordered online the jewellery box as a gift for a friend but it arrived damaged so i ordered it again and it came damaged again. Very disappointing.

I didn't receive parcel, driver lied about trying to deliver, just sent an email and shop said there was also no evidence/tracking proof of driver trying to deliver. Lot of time wasted and especially disappointing as it was meant to be a gift. Customer service said I would have to cancel while thing and start again, so well past time I wanted to give gift. They use evri for deliveries, so this explains exactly why I was let down. Would strongly advise Customers not to get deliveries sent to your home unless you like being messed about

I bought this item for my friend's 40th Birthday present. I have one identical and thought she would love it. I ordered as a home delivery and didn't want to open all the packaging and therefore wrapped the box and gave it to her on her Birthday. When she opened the package the jewelry box was scratched in several places. She didn't want to cause a fuss and so accepted the gift as it was. I was embarrassed and upset for her. This is the second time a delivery has been damaged from you.

I never received my order as the shipping company (Evri) lost my parcel. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my partner so it basically ruined the surprise. Beyond dissapointed.

I have not received any of my order and yet been charged for it all. One item by my own fault went to the wrong address - and then I realised ( my Apple Pay is wrong) and redirected the rest to a locker. This was confirmed and they said they’d be in touch- but not heard since. I am devastated. £140 wasted.
