I still have not received this item? Ordered on 1st December. Hermes say they havenot got it. Please advise as I need for Christmas

I haven’t received half of my order yet asked to review it and the necklace was so small and definitely not worth the money so returned it.

My plant pot arrived smashed which I imagine happened in transit. I emailed OB last Tuesday and still yet to get a response 4 days They say 5 days may be response time so let’s see what happens

Order delivered by Hermes 3 hours before stated time. Left outside front door in full view of anyone despite a safe place being given. Really disappointed

Overpriced for what I received. Flimsy material and it broke as soon as hung it on the wall. I had to fix it!! I buy from this designer a lot but there are some things I won’t buy there now. Very disappointed

These were broken .. the post that goes in your ear came out of one earring . I emailed with a picture and promise of a 5 day reply. Nothing so far .. it is now a week ! Shame as these were a present for someone .

All 4 glasses arrived broken and the box was badly damaged. Contacted customer services 5 working days again with no response. Had to contact OB over Facebook who still haven’t resolved the issue. Still no idea when I’ll receive my replacement and it’s a gift due for a birthday next week. Awful customer service!!!

The gift box failed to live up to expectation. I had imagined a professional wrapping service rather than just a cheap cardboard box with a sleeve with the companies logo. Very disappointed.

I still haven’t received this item. Payment has been taken from my bank, but no product has been received. I have tried to contact the company and still had no response. I did have a message from Hermes to say they were waiting on You to send the parcel. Having received the email to do a review, I am now getting alittle concerned as this is meant to be a gift for Christmas
