Have to return as the socket where you insert the bulb is off centre. This should have been noticed in quality control.

Poor service. Item did not arrive despite repeated efforts. Still awaiting reply. Have not received any refund. Very disappointed.

Dear Sirs, The two 'Own Neon Signs’ were purchased as Christmas presents for my two sons. Unfortunately neither of them worked when opened on Christmas morning. We tried numerous batteries but could not get any illumination from either of the units. We propose to return these to our nearest branch at Muswell Hill for a refund once the shop is able to reopen. Incidentally, we were initially going to place an ‘Order & Collect’ from this branch but, although this was indicated as an option at the branch, it was not listed as one of the possible pick-up points even though it was closer than others offered. I assume that taking them back to the nearest branch is the appropriate way of returning them, rather than posting them back to you. As we cannot be sure when we will be able to return these, due to the current situation with the pandemic, can you treat this as a notice of intent to return these faulty items. Michael Lewin

Very poor. Ordered ahead of Christmas, not yet received. Tracking details appear to suggest that it hasn’t been dispatched yet, despite paying for express delivery. Emailed OB, four days ago, as yet no response. The only correspondence being a request for a review....my review...don’t bother if you expect your good to arrive in time.

Very poor quality packaging, just came in a little plastic bag in an envelope, looked like a knock off from China. Product also light and small, not good quality. Would have returned if it wasn’t a last minute Christmas gift.

The item to be reviewed was supposed to arrive days ago but is lost in your system with Hermes and I see no sign of it ever appearing.So it is particularly daft for you to send me a product review request.All I have received so far is an unapologetic generic email telling me to be kind and patient,with no detail about what you think has happened to the item I paid you and Hermes for. On Dec 20 you said it would be late but arrive in 24 hrs. Relieved that you only have a small sum of my money

Today I was asked to review something I’ve still not received, which if a joke. Ordered 2 items for my wife on 15th December, received message from Courier on 19th to say they were waiting to receive a parcel from Oliver Bonas. Not heard a word from Oliver Bonas since, contacted them twice, received no response... 25th December came and went, 26th December and still no contact from Oliver Bonas... so many people leaving negative reviews for this company and all they get is excuse after excuse... if you don’t have the staff to deal with the pressure, you should have shut down your website and stopped taking people’s money, you knew very well you could not get their orders out In time for Christmas. I am not happy, would not recommend this company, now I would appreciate a full refund immediately..

I ordered these for Christmas. When they eventually arrived I found one to be broken-poorly packed. I sent an email but am still awaiting a reply. No Christmas present for my favourite aunt!

I ordered a planter as a gift. Unfortunately when it arrived and I opened the box it was smashed. I was very disappointed that it had no protective wrapping.

The product itself was good. However it arrived split /damaged with marshmallows out already. I did get a refund however I was without a Christmas gift to give as there was no guarantee the next ones would arrive in tact. A shame as it is a nice product.
