The Carina necklace wasn’t as shown in the picture was just plain pearl beads so was disappointed as was no longer available kept the necklace as was still quite nice and couldn’t be bothered to do a return

The dresses arrived crumpled up together. Usually clothes are folded. They were so crumpled i2 in one bag that I had to steam them before trying on as it was hard to tell how they looked.

Website was fine but the earrings arrived and the piece that goes in the hole on the ear was bent so not very good quality

I love shopping at Oliver Bonas, however, i am left disappointed at the amount of excessive packaging they use when they ship your order. Come on OB get this sorted out, if other companies can do it so can you!!!!

The website was simple to navigate and order from. But here's the twist – a day or two after placing my order, Oliver Bonas cancelled my order and said they would refund me, citing potential fraud and should contact my bank. I rang my bank, only to find them scratching their heads because everything was fine on their end. After nearly a week, there was still no sign of the refund. A bit frustrated, I contacted the office to chase it up. Finally, the refund came through. I placed the order again, this time using a credit card instead. The sofa was delivered by two men; however, when my wife asked them to take it upstairs, as per what was agreed when the delivery was booked, they were very put out by it, saying, "It's not a wardrobe", and questioning why she would want the sofa upstairs! Why offer the service if you don't want to provide it?

Disappointed that the picture I wanted had sold out before Christmas but I signed up to getting an email when it was back in stock. This duly happened and picture arrived promptly. I love it and can see why it sold out!

Lovely shoes but arrived faulty. Returned and reordered. Second pair faulty and returned. Ist pair sent back marked as faulty yet when I reordered a third time, was sent my original 1st pair!!??!! Gave up. Clearly no quality control. Girls in store were fab and agreed with me. When spending over £120 for a pair of shoes you expect better quality?!

I got a birthday voucher for Oliver Bonas as it is my favourite shop. I've always found the service and experience great but unfortunately this time I just did not. My order was delivered and left in some bins over the weekend, when I got back someone had taken the order and it was very difficult to get in touch with Evri/Oliver Bonas and both blamed the other person. Eventually they said they'd resend the order with next day delivery. When it hadn't turned up 2 days later I checked in and they hadn't processed the replacement. I then asked just to be refunded with a voucher and when I went in store to spend £30 of a £120 voucher they took the whole amount off of my voucher. Was showing as £0 when I should have about £85 left. They didn't know how to rectify this and instead of giving me another voucher gave me a refund to my card which took over a week to come in. I wanted a voucher because otherwise I knew I wouldn't spend it on something special! To top it all off they're now asking me to review the items I never receieved! Really disappointing. I wouldn't say it completely put me off the company but certainly wasn't the experience I'm used to.
