“I purchased this in the sale online and found it to be very delicate as it arrived unfortunately in broken pieces. Oliver Bonas customer service were absolutely wonderful in sorting a refund right away and mentioned they would speak to the courier. Would recommend better packaging for glass items, too as it was in sturdy paper.”

“The lamp was broken and in very poor condition when we received it. The base was broken and chipped and the housing for the stem looked like it was sheared off. We took the lamp back to the store. The ladies were lovely and helpful and we received a full refund. I am shocked, however, that this lamp left the warehouse, clearly broken and was ent to a customer. You are saved by the adorable staff at your bristol store.”

“Great website unfortunately the dress I sent for I had to return. Sent for a smaller one and was still to big . I spent 8 pound on delivery with no dress in the process. Had a few things in the past but I do love the styles.”

“Website is easy enough to get around, but search tags didn’t work very well for me. I had to be quite specific with the words in the search bar to find what I was looking for. Postage was good; the item arrived within the promised time.”
