“Easy to order and pay. Unfortunately, delivery let this company down. Ordered and paid for next day delivery to receive item for Christmas Day (actually gave myself an extra day just in case) and it arrived after Christmas. Waste of money and time. I suppose that's what happens when a company goes for the cheapest option with Evri.”

“Products are good however I ordered for next day delivery in store and it was 3 days late. Customer service was average, I was promised call backs that were never met. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt it was at Christmas time so I appreciate everyone was very busy.”

“I am not happy. I am trying to return an item for exchange and the returns portal won't let me saying the details are wrong. I have tried customer service and they say its me not them!!! And now I am worried I will miss the returns window.”
