But here's the twist – a day or two after placing my order, Oliver Bonas cancelled my order and said they would refund me, citing potential fraud and should contact my bank. I rang my bank, only to find them scratching their heads because everything was fine on their end. After nearly a week, there was still no sign of the refund. A bit frustrated, I contacted the office to chase it up. Finally, the refund came through. I placed the order again, this time using a credit card instead. The sofa was delivered by two men; however, when my wife asked them to take it upstairs, as per what was agreed when the delivery was booked, they were very put out by it, saying, "It's not a wardrobe", and questioning why she would want the sofa upstairs! Why offer the service if you don't want to provide it?
