“Bought a ceramic pot - was charged for a bag to put it in, no protective packaging or bubble wrap. Fairly basic experience.”

“It was a lovely necklace which I took on my holidays but the first time I wore it it snapped and I luckily noticed it had fallen into my dress. When I got home my husband had to fix the clasp. Just hoping it does not happen again.”

“Love shopping at Oliver Bonas. This time, not so good. They sold me a size 4(correct) and a size 6! I should have checked. Armadale Store ( who made the mistake) not helpful. Wimbledon store very helpful, and resolved it.”

“quite an expensive website, expected high quality garments similar to Boden level quality, however much closer to primark in quality then boden. Cant see anything I bought lasting that long in good condition. Not poor enough to bother sending it back though”

“While I loved how the necklace looked on the website, when it arrived it was totally different. Rather than the chain being strung through the pendant like in the picture online, the pendant actually has a separate loop through which the chain goes - like a Christmas bauble. It's just not nearly as elegant as in the pictures.”

“The armchair itself is cute,beautiful,amazing. The service not so great. It took 4 exchanges to deliver the armchair without flawss. It all took nearly 3 months. The customer service became pushy and not nice in the end. Im not sure why paying so much money for a piece of furniture customer service people expected me to keep something far away from perfect. Very frustrating. Please order only if you have a lot of time and energy to deal with them.”

“Unfortunately I bought 3 of these to try for size and each had an issue. The stitching was poor on each one. Could have been a lovely jumpsuit apart from that. Good value in the sale but overpriced at £80.”

“My friend was happy with her gifts but I was not so happy that she received the invoice with it with the pricing of all her items. I had no option to select a gift during check out so I assumed my e-mail confirmation was my receipt. Not happy at all that she got this in the package.”

“I usually love Oliver Bonus and cannot fault any product. However, I bought this for my friend who is going to university in September. The product was broken but I didn’t have time to return the product so fixed it myself. One of the metal bits on the size had come apart from its frame. The product wasn’t as aesthetic as the website suggest, too. Disappointed as I have never been disappointed.”
