“I bought this for my daughter. It is a really nice top but it is deceptive. On the photo it looks as if there is a camisole/lining underneath but when it came there wasn’t anything and it is very see through.”

“Love this little signet ring. Only reason its getting a 3 instead of a 5 is the silver has become very marked and scuffed after only a couple of weeks of wear. But apart from that-i love it”

“Great company let down by their choice of courier service, Hermes. They smashed a glass jewellery box when delivering and left it in an unsecured location despite the fact that I was at home at the time of delivery.”

“Ordered antalia as seen on keeping faith It came faulty and had to be returned I was sent a replacement straightaway which was good. But that had a bent shaft I kept it however as it still works ok but personally I am dissapointed with the quality for the prices and would not buy again”

“I ordered two of these Beard Buddies and I was disappointed that the packages arrived in poor condition - nothing too bad of course, but as they were Christmas presents, it would have been nice if the boxes had not been all battered up. The quality of the product is fine, the material is a little flimsy, but it works well enough. A bit overpriced for the quality of the product. Pity.”

“I really enjoyed the earrings I bought for myself and my sister really loved the earrings I got to match her birthday present necklace. However I was very disappointed after ordering and paying and were out for delivery (at least 5 days)I was the told the earrings I ordered were out of stock and a refund was being sorted.”

“Had to pay for standard delivery (3-5 days). Most other shops would allow you to get express delivery for the amount it cost to get standard. But it did arrive before Christmas.”

“The earrings are ok, bought as a gift. Unfortunately they were sent to me loose in a pink envelope, not even on a card let alone in a box. Very poor presentation for the price.”

“I bought these for my 3 grandchildren for their Christmas stockings. They all said that the chocolate was lovely the only downside which came from all 3 of them was that the marshmallows that are in the middle of the bombs all dissolved very quickly once the hot liquid ( milk or water ) was poured over the bomb. So they all were disappointed because of that.”

“Arrived Broken which was very disappointing as for a Christmas stocking gift. I ordered them along with incense cones the cones were wrapped in bubble wrap and protected & did not break, I’m not sure why this product wasn’t wrapped with the same care as just as fragile.”
