“Lovely sparkly woollen material. However the fit did nothing for my for my size 16 figure. I felt it hung a bit low on my shoulders so wasn't very practical for day to day wear and that I would only wear it on nights out.”

“Delivery was very slow and one product packaged nicely and the other was not. Un standard delivery supposed to be 1-3 working days and it took 8 days for my delivery. However, the quality of the products were good.”

“The item looks good, but, it is literally velvet wrapped around soft cardboard. It literally folds if press the base. Good arts and crafts scam that’s not worth price”

“The jewellery items can vary as some of them are very good quality, but some feel cheap. Their sale’s are pretty good and delivery was fast. Their packaging from delivery was very cheap which was very disappointing. I would expect the products to come in boxes or material bags, but many come in cheap looking plastic envelopes.”

“I had bought several gifts in Oliver Bonas this season and happy with most of them, the others I returned without problem. But keep in mind, that if you pay PayPall online, you can only return by post, otherwise you can bring unwanted item back to shop even if bought online.”
