“Most items looked a lot better in the photos than in reality. Almost all the items have obviously had the saturation increased in post-production and were much duller. Probably won't be shopping there again.”

“I would usually rate Oliver Bonas really highly but recently I did not receive good customer service, I was promised a call back and some assistance with an order amendment and I received neither. The order was a gift which needed amending before it was sent, instead it was just despatched without being amended and I never received the call back I was promised, I waited all day like a fool!”

“I usually love Oliver Bonas but in this case the earrings arrived tangled together in a plastic bag with One of the butterflys not fitting the earring properly. I paid for packaging as it was a gift and they sent it in a cardboard box much too large for the earrings stuffed with paper. Not only is this a waste but doesn’t look nice!”

“Had this purchase been for me personally and not a gift for my niece, I would have returned it. It is very flimsy and simply not worth the price charged. As it is what she asked for, I have no choice but to pass it on and hope she likes it.”

“Can you update your website so I could have chosen the size box I wanted which was only for a bracelet. I ended up with a large box which I then throw away. As it was too big.”

“Bit disappointed with these really I had to order a gift box and pay extra for it glad I did cos they arrived in a pink envelope and seeing as it was a xmas present for my daughter I'm sure she will like them but don't think I'll order again”
