“Shocking - only word to describe their online shop / service and non-existent delivery so end up cancelling the order. Will not be wasting time and money again. askus@ email address for support is a joke, as clearly all things stated are not followed up with other team members actually doing their job”

“For some reason this vase looked dirty and dull when you take it out of its lovely gift box. I ordered this twice, both vases looked like they'd had flowers in stale water in them. I dont expect to have to wash a prepacked vase before i give it as a gift to someone. The photo on the box shows a sparkling transparent glass vase, sadly this is not the reality. Had a refund and made a different purchase. Such a shame as i associate Oliver Bonas with quality usually”
