Product acceptable but packaging diabolical, a small polythene bag with loose earrings in is totally unacceptable, I would never buy from you again.

I ordered my item on the 4th Dec, by the 22nd Dec it still hadn't arrived. No response to my emails. It was a gift for my sister. Never arrived.

I was visiting London so ordered this item for a friend’s birthday and did click and collect. I took the item back to the hotel and unwrapped it to check it was ok. The tray was in pieces. The box was badly damaged but as it had so much bubble wrap around it this couldn’t be seen. I phoned the shop straight away but all they had was an ex-display set which I decided I would have to take as I needed it as a gift. I arranged to pick it up on the day I was returning home. I returned the damaged item- and then spent approx 20-30 minutes waiting for staff to try and find the ex display set they had put to one side. They were extremely polite but given I had arranged to pick up the item I was surprised they couldn’t find it. When they did it was just in bubble wrap- no box and they weren’t going to check it until I asked them to remove the bubble wrap so I could make sure it was ok. So I have a tray which is ex-display and three pots which weren’t damaged in the original set and a very badly damaged box to present it in - doesn’t look good for a gift but I had no choice. I won’t be doing click and collect again.

Ordered 26th Nov. Finally delivered by Hermes 23rd December after days of stress and emails to customer service (who were kind and helpful) and emailing Hermes customer service (who were not).. products all lovely but delivery appalling.

It took me several attempts over a week to get what I ordered as the website wasn’t working. When I managed to, a cake stand was sent in the post, not the plant pot I ordered. It was a gift for Xmas and I’m gutted by Dad received a cake stand and not the plant pot he would have loved, rather a gift he has no use for. Utter waste of my time.

I was very disappointed with this order. I ordered 5 items and only 3 items were delivered, across 2 different packages. The bracelet as well as another bracket never arrived in time for Christmas.
