This item was purchased for my daughter in Australia. In spite of the delivery date given, the item still has not been delivered. I have not received any notifications or explanation. I am beyond disappointed.

The earrings I ordered arrived loose in a bag with no tamper proof seal. I messaged customer services who sent a replacement order which arrived the same. I gave up as no-one seemed to understand what I was complaining about even though it states in the return policy they can't be returned unless the tamper proof seal is intact.

Ordered online as a Christmas gift. Arrived with broken glass. Sent photos to customer services of the damage, then received mixed messages about whether they actually wanted it back or not so had thrown packaging away. Eventually had all the hassle of arranging a hermes collection for it and had to leave it on step for 2 days in plastic bag, slightly paranoid that someone might pick it up and hurt themselves. Did get a refund quickly but what an absolute faff for a damaged item. Shame though as the item was pretty.

Unfortunately it is impossible to fasten these earrings as they just bend out of place. The metal is so thin. I was very sad. OB sent me a replacement pair but they have been the same.

Your packaging leaves much to be desired,my plant stand arriving in a thousand pieces just before Christmas— no padding of any sort,no ‘fragile’ label.What more can I say?

One of my items arrived but it's been over 3weeks since my order and one item is still outstanding. This was supposed to be for a Christmas gift so I can't give more stars. Also the item that did arrive came in a large box, inside the item box was significantly damaged so it was sent in that condition.

Incredibly slow delivery by Hermes and expensive earrings arrived very poorly packaged - just in a tiny plastic bag with no gift box or tissue paper and other item I ordered - a jar of marmalade- was plonked on top of them

One of the glasses had bubbles on the outside & scratches on the inside. They were different sizes & the ridges were none existent on one. I was told a replacement one may be sent but never heard anything. Not worth the money. Customer service was very good & they did send 4 wine glasses Free of charge worth £32 which was amazing. Would I order from them again, yes I would

Would love to leave a review for this, but your courier company (Hermes) failed to deliver it… and then it was out of stock. OB great at refunding… Hermes are an unreliable courier service, so until you change company, I will not order from you again.

Unfortunately the beautiful Oliver Bonas dish had a large chip in it. It was very well packaged and we didn’t discover the chip until my daughter, whose present it was, unwrapped it on Christmas Day! I haven’t been able to return it yet as have COVID!!!
