I was very disappointed with the packaging & condition of this jewellery box , especially as it was a gift. It came in a plain white industrial style box so no additional packaging / protection of the jewellery box. The jewellery box itself was grubby as a result. I was caught for time so could not return it but it was very disappointing and I had to package it myself before presenting the gift.

I was disgusted today to have to spell out my email address in a public shop under the pretence that you are somehow going paperless and doing something useful. This is shocking and appalling. I will never shop with you again.

Ordered pyjamas as a Christmas present. Product seems great and delivery was prompt, but Oliver Bonas was plastered all over the packaging; not very discreet at Christmas time. My wife now knows what she’s getting for Christmas.

Unfortunately I had to complain about the packaging, especially on the silver earrings. They were in a tiny rough cut plastic bag with no branding or presentation card. It took 2 complaint emails and a photo until your staff understood how bad it was. Although I was then offered packaging it was too late as I had had to give the gifts in their terrible state and explain to my nieces. Opi will not be buying from you again and will certainly not recommend Oliver Bonas

Great color but I feel it's overpriced for what it is so I ended up returning it. The return process wasn't great, they have given me a credit note (in paper!) instead of the gift card I had. TERRIBLE :(

Unfortunately, it was poorly packaged and it arrived broken into numerous pieces. They refunded the purchase. Reluctant to buy another should it arrive in the same condition.

The quality control on this product is awful and they came with sharp edges all along the rim. I was sent another set to replace the first and they were just as bad, if not worse. AVOID!

I ordered this on 24th November to go in a new cafe/shop we opened this week. It has still not arrived. On tracking I am told: This parcel is bigger than we expected, so a specialist Hermes courier will need to deliver it. We're sorting this now and we'll update your tracking as soon as it's on its way (Sat 27th Nov, 11:10am). I emailed Oliver Bonas about this on 14th December and am still waiting for a reply. Not very impressed at all.

Awful. Item was lost initially by Hermes (who refused to deal with it) then when it finally arrived it was smashed to pieces. By this point it was out of stock. Another order sent was incomplete. Really not very good at all.

I’m a huge fan of OB and will continue to be a loyal customer, but I’ve been asked to rate this purchase. I ordered the items online, but they didn’t arrive. OB customer services were contacted and they were very apologetic, but items did not arrive, appear to have got lost. In the meabtime, both items were sold oiut so could not be re- ordered.
