Package arrived damaged. Not appropriately packaged for delivery. Tried calling and emailed to report, no answer when calling and delay in receiving a response via email.

Dear Oliver Bonas. I wish I could write a review but I have not got my purchase yet as it has not arrived in the Dublin store yet. Despite the enquiries to the customer service - there is still no sign of my purchases to click and collect. Looking forwards to being able to review it properly- whenever !

Hi, I’m afraid I have had quite a poor experience with my Oliver Bonas order. My first order #1001779449, arrived in a size 12 despite being order in a size 10. I made contact with your customer service team, who advised me to return the incorrect jumper and a replacement one would be sent out. This replacement, order #1001754819, was reportedly sent on 02/10/20, upon me confirming to your team that I had returned the other one. Having not received any package last week, I emailed customer service again on Friday 9th, and was advised that the 2nd jumper “must have got lost”. A third replacement jumper has now been ordered (#1001795739). I have been very disappointed, both by the poor service resulting in me not still having received my jumper almost 3 weeks since it was initially ordered, but also by the lack of compensation or gesture offered by Oliver Bonas to apologise for the trouble I have had, despite all the fault being on your end. This is not something we want to hear we're so sorry from the get go Aoife about this. We'll follow this up with our team and instead of the 'must of got lost' answer from us, it should of been a more pro active approach to find out exactly what happened. Misleading as picture shows bulb and base. Rushed the purchase only to find I had purchased a £25 bulb. Ordered the base and pleased with it however annoying paid double postage.

I ordered a pair of these lamps. One arrived on its on and a few days later i got an email to say I'd be refunded for the other as it is out of stock! Really disappointing.

I was looking forward to receiving this product. When it arrived, the chain was dangling out of the box. The gold has already discoloured, but I couldn’t be bothered to send it back. It’s just sitting in my drawer and I’ll probably never wear it. Gutted and surprised as I absolutely love Oliver Bonas.

Ordered these earrings as wanted a gold pair of earrings instead of silver. Have sent them back as when they arrived were a faded tarnished silver colour and not the rich gold pictured
