“I visited the Guildford branch of Oliver Bonas on Tuesday and had a fab experience in the fitting rooms thanks to the lovely Tabitha. She couldn’t have done more for me and my daughter, and was so chatty and helpful. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made my shopping trip even more enjoyable. Thank you!”

“Ordering was easy, but unfortunately the item arrived with an obvious defect on the metal next to the word “Welcome.” It should never have passed manufacturing quality control, yet it not only did, but was also packed and shipped to me in that condition. I was very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of care shown in sending it out. Thankfully, after I complained, I received a full refund, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience left me disappointed.”

“Website was very easy to navigate. This was the first time I had been on the OB website. The delivery was very quick and packaged really well. The two dresses I ordered were lovely and perfect to wear in the Autumn with leggings or boots. The quality of the dresses was excellent. I will definitely be ordering online in the future.”
