It’s a stunning trinket box, generously sized. Normally I’d give it a five star rating but it arrived damaged with beads missing. Not ideal for a birthday present, sadly. However, the level of customer service was outstanding and while they couldn’t replace the item as it was out of stock, I was offered other options.

Ordered the cushion to match the rest of my decor. It didn't turn up and I was later told it was damaged in delivery and now is out of stock. Was not offered an apology or any kind of discount off a similar product which more than what I originally paid. Ended up getting a refund but not the best service :(

They sent me the wrong mat - I ordered the silver, and only got the natural which looks quite different so we can't use it in the place we'd like to. In terms of quality, it looks just fine.

I usually love Oliver Bonas and am a regular customer... but on my recent order the packaging seals from many items had already been opened when they arrived. Looks like a previous owner had returned them before being resold to me. Some of the items are from the winter sale, so maybe that is why items are damaged? Bit disappointed, I would have expected better from this brand.

Sadly I am disappointed with these animal print trainers. They are not true to shoe size. I am a size 4/37 but I have to wear a wool insole and chunky wool socks for them to fit probably. The stitching inside the trainer along the seems are hard and even after wearing them inside for a few days they are still hurting my toes. I think they look gorgeous but I think you could have done better.

A bit on the expensive side for what it is, wouldn't buy it if I saw it at the shop, but since I bought it online couldn't be bothered to return it.

Although the jewellery box is beautiful, it arrived broken - see photo. OB were very helpful and re-arranged another box however when it arrived it was the wrong item. OB then sent me the box for the third time and all was fine, it looks great. Very unfortunate but good customer care.

I’m usually a huge Oliver Bonas fan, however, I recently ordered two beautiful desk lamps and the first delivery contained completely the wrong items. Customer services (Ellie) was really helpful, however, the next delivery contained one smashed lamp due to poor packaging and on the second, the colour was peeling off the glass shade. Not the quality and service I expect from a shop like Oliver Bonas.

Great to be able to buy the card but the system for dispatching needs to be looked at. It appeared that the card and box (for the card) had been dispatched separately. When I queried this, the customer services assistant told me ‘not to worry too much’ and the email was full of typos - didn’t feel very professional when I was purchasing this from abroad as a gift for a friend who loves the brand.

Quite disappointed, the gloves arrived on time however the security tag was still attached to them so could not use the item. Customer service did not pick up my call and now waiting for a response to my email.

Absolutely love the design and style of these earring but really dissapointed with the quality. Despite being well packaged and supported both the earrings were very bent on arrival. They are still wearable but i'm not sure how long they will last as the backs have been weakened and i have had to bend them back into shape. I wish OB jewellery was better quality as i love the designs but i will not buy from you again sorry.
