Hi, I just want to say I am not very happy with these trainers. The leather is not soft and where is sewing part is not comfortable:( is very painful to wear them. I have to stop to wear them after 2 time..

Absolutely terrible service. Order wasn’t placed once I paid and then the delivery was a nightmare too.

Item never arrived. Had to call to get it reordered otherwise nothing would have happened, not even an email to let me know it had been lost. Second delivery was late to arrive even though I payed for next day delivery and was never offered a refund or voucher. Very poor.

The item was promptly delivered but arrived in a used and poor condition. The base and metal stem were all scuffed and broken, and the charging pad element was broken. So disappointed that the item arrived in this condition

Ordered mirror online only for it to arrive in pieces due to inadequate packaging. Was assured they would ask for it to be packaged better when they sent a replacement. It was sent in the same packaging with some extra fragile stickers on. Arrived in pieces. Disappointed as it was just the mirror I wanted but no guarantees that a third one won't arrive broken. I have ordered mirrors online before from another company with no problems

Extremely disappointing. I placed my order and paid for it, for which I received a confirmation email. However, within 10 minutes, I received another email advising that my order had been cancelled and a refund would be processed - no explanation was given. So I had no idea whether my order had been processed or not, as I received a message from Evri a few days after this to say they had my order! I eventually had to message you on Twitter to get an explanation, at which point I was told the reason for the cancellation was due to the item going out of stock as soon as I had placed the order. I'm afraid this would put me off using you again despite putting a £5 credit onto my account for the inconvenience.

not so good as none of the items I purchased arrived They went lost between Ireland and Italy. The customer service was really good though and I had an immediate refund. I want to try again. Let's see if I'm luckier this time

Not quite sure why it took 6 days to send a gift voucher! Amazon can do it next day, and even with a weekend in the system. Luckily the voucher arrived just in time. Not impressed. Btw I'm not Natalie she was the recipient. I placed the order.
