“Excellent! Greeted when entering the story and friendly, attentive, helpful staff. A bag I liked wasn't on the shop floor, so I asked a member of staff, if there was anymore in the stockroom. Staff member happily obliged and found a black version of the tote bag. Love the layout of the store, feels very inviting and everything you would want and expect from O.B”

“Excellent!! I love OB clothes, and the dress I ordered was fab. Unfortunately, the size 8 was a bit too snug, and the 10 too big. Returns are always so easy as well. I took both dresses back to the Cardiff store, and was refunded straightaway. Well done Oliver Bonas!”
