“Amazing!! Because of the store not having in and them having to order it in for me. Then to a my blue light card was a real pain for them, but they persevered and got there in the end!! When it did arrive, I was messaged and they swiftly got my bag to me in the store. All the staff were brilliant! There was a new young girl who was a bit unsure and her colleague was sooo calm and patient with her and explained everything clearly!! She also apologised and asked a few time was I ok! A perfect experience in the store!! (As well as looking at all your gorgeous products!!!)”
