“Ordering was easy, but unfortunately the item arrived with an obvious defect on the metal next to the word “Welcome.” It should never have passed manufacturing quality control, yet it not only did, but was also packed and shipped to me in that condition. I was very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of care shown in sending it out. Thankfully, after I complained, I received a full refund, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience left me disappointed.”

“Website was very easy to navigate. This was the first time I had been on the OB website. The delivery was very quick and packaged really well. The two dresses I ordered were lovely and perfect to wear in the Autumn with leggings or boots. The quality of the dresses was excellent. I will definitely be ordering online in the future.”

“Unsatisfactory - my next day delivery did not arrive. Without warning, my order was canelled three days later. I had contacted customer services twice; once they replied a day later to say that the order was being processed by Esri, secondly no reply just the refund. No explanation but assuming poor stock control and inadequate customer services. Very disappointed.”
