“I had clicked a link that would automatically notify me when the item I wanted was out of stock but sadly this didn’t happen and it was by chance that I came across the item several weeks later when I was browsing the web page. That was a bit disappointing as I could have missed out and why ask customers if they want to be notified when back in stock if you’re not going to follow through. When I did order via the web site everything worked well”

“The lady in your Ecclesall Road, Sheffield branch is amazing! I went today and was looking at some tiny huggi earrings but told her I was reluctant to purchase them as I bought some at Christmas and could not get them through my ears and had to return tham even though they were lovely. She then said that if I liked she would put the earrings in for me in the shop. I was so surprised but jumped at this! I bought the earrings and she then put them in for me (which wasn't easy!). I was really happy and will definitely shop there again. She went over and above and she was great! All your staff members seem to be lovely, I shop at Meadowhall as well, but she was exceptional. I thank you all, especially unknown name lady from this afternoon.”
