“The website does not disclose that OB uses Evri to deliver its goods. If I was aware of this, I would certainly never have ordered from OB. Evri is a tragic comedy of a delivery firm.”

“Very disappointed. I ordered a necklace as a gift, so I ordered a gift box with it. I then only received the gift box with an email a day later to say the necklace was out of stock and I will be refunded. So I paid postage for a gift box I can’t use as I didn’t receive the necklace.”

“Lovely experience in St Andrews store, staff are always smiley and happy to help. My problem was a pair of silver earrings my husband bought me — too plain! I was assisted and talked through different styles, the way I like dress etc, and yes I was satisfied 5 stars walking out with perfect agile earring that suit me that I’ll wear and not waist.
