“I was so happy and excited to buy the blouses today but was very upset when I got home and realised that the white blouse that I had bought and paid £60 for had someone else’s makeup on it!!”

Hi there, We're sorry to hear that your blouse has a makeup stain on, this isn't the usual quality we expect at all and completely understand how disappointing this may be. “Fantastic customer service! The first item I ordered ended up being delivered to the wrong address and the neighbours denied receiving the quilt. Boden kindly issued a voucher so I could repurchase the quilt.”
