“Got sent the wrong parcel. Ended up with someone’s dress. Had to go into store to ensure presents arrived in time. Sadly one of the original items a pair of gloves were out of stock.”

“Buying the item was very straightforward (it was part of my wife’s Christmas present) but unfortunately there were issues with the top that she discovered on Christmas Day. Firstly it seemed like a small fit - compared to other comparable items - but the other (and main) thing I want to say here is that when she opened the gift (and I’d ordered this online, I hadn’t picked it up from a clothes rail in a store) she noticed a strong smell of perfume on it. This too had obviously been tried on by another customer, sent back to Oliver Bonas, then had been re-packaged and sent out to me. Not a great moment. People trying on clothes definitely shouldn’t get perfume or make-up on the articles until they’ve decided to keep them - it’s just obvious. But the seller should not send out items with such issues either.”

“If you look at this on their page it looks like it is the lamp and bulb. I was shocked to find it was just the bulb for £25 and the base was even more expensive. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but I did not think the receipant realised. She did not and did not want me to get it without the base. She felt the same”
