Material looks cheap, frayed edges to scarf which are not shown in picture and colour much more dingy cream than pictured. Disappointed

I shop at the Manchester store (my local) quite often and I'm usually quite happy but today the cashier said something very unprofessional and I'm kicking myself by not saying something there and then. He (I'm assuming) got his words a little mixed up (which is not a problem) but then said, "sorry, I'm having a stroke." Turning it into a joke I guess. I should've said it's not funny to joke about having a stroke but I was that taken aback by what he'd said I couldn't say anything at all. So unprofessional coming from an individual who im assuming is a member of the LGBTQIA family and demands respect from everybody else! Terrible service and do not want to shop here again.

I didn't receive the order, they sent a replacement and I didn't receive that parcel either. Apparently it was left in a surcure place , there was no card in the door to say where the parcel was left. I never received the parcel.

The light was poorly photographed and actually has a cord attached which you cannot see on the website . We sent them all back .

I bought this bag three weeks ago and the zip at the top is coming off. Also not very practical as the zip is only at the top rather than coming a bit out of each side so not great really...it ashamed as I really like the colour and shape of the bag otherwise.

Very sweet bracelet for my granddaughter. She chose it. But her mother and I thought it very expensive for only being silver plate. I regretted buying it.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a friend. Lovely looking braclet but I was disappointed to find it arriving the tiniest of bags! I went direct into the store to ask about a gift box and was told you have to purchase these. It's the little things like this that make a gift complete 😥

The bangle I bought was child size and not suitable for an adult. Luckily I have granddaughters I can give it to but it means I now have to buy something else for my daughter's birthday. If there had been any indication of how small this bangle was I would not have bought it.
