“My overall experience was fine, and the actual items were perfect, but the gift box… I honestly expected something more rather than just additional layer of paper with Oliver Bonas branding :( Of course I needed to buy a gift paper and do packaging myself, which is very frustrating. The packaging box was 10x bigger than needed as well. Very disappointed.”

“Brought the shelf and was exactly how I anticipated, very happy and would have been a five star review had it not been for the ridiculous delivery charge of £35! This is absolutely extortionate for an item that is relatively small and relatively light to carry. I would have happily picked it up myself and stowed it under my daughters pram than pay this amount but there was no option to pick up from a store near you or otherwise. I will probably never order anything from Oliver Bonas again furniture wise and has left a bad taste for other things too - but as I say I really love the product and on this occasion prepared to pay the penalty. Oh, at that price you would think the delivery experience would be above average - had to tell the driver to wait whilst we inspected the product for damage - all detailed in the small print of course that damage spotted after delivery non refundable - damage checks need to be done at the door on delivery. A sharp practice especially ifyou are having to explain this to the driver ad he is trying to drop and run!”
