“It was OK. It was a busy station store and lots of customers with few staff. I would have like to have tried my clothes on but they said it wasn't possible and that I could bring them back if I didn't like them. Not easy as I was only there for the day.”

“The overall delivery service was really good and the jacket is good, nice sizing. It's just a shame that the popper fastenings are not very good as one has broken and I've only had it a short time, but long enough to not having the delivery info or packaging”

“Great looking - good size - unfortunately the fastening is a bit awkward - it requires putting fingers between the macramé to make the fastener lock properly - this gets tedious when you open and close all day! A separate front pocket for phone and keys would have helped!”

“Online purchase. These are very nice but not as the photo when I ordered. I was expecting a design on the frame of the larger one but there wasn’t one , so quite expensive for plain frames. Also one of the frame corners came apart slightly. I had a limited time so was unable to let the company know and let them have chance to replace or comment to be fair to them . A little bit of glue sorted it out , and they were otherwise good quality. They are an anniversary gift , not yet received but hopefully they will be enjoyed!”
