I read a few reviews that said these were narrow, but having never thought I had wide feet I thought I’d be ok. Nope! It took a few goes to get my foot in, but I think that would have worn ok, once in it was just slightly too narrow. Such a shame as I absolutely LOVED the boots. Enjoy if you can, they’re a beauty!

I purchased a gift card online but there was nowhere to write a message to the recipient so they didn't know who had sent it?

Terrible - ordered a necklace it came in a knot, contacted customer services who sent out a replacement which also arrived in knots. Do not order from this company, they don’t care about the products they send out.

I went into the Hitchin store to buy my friend a voucher for her birthday. The assistant told me she couldn't sell me a voucher because "they were trading" and vouchers cannot be sold while they are trading. She suggested I bought one online or came back another day. As far as I'm aware when a shop is open it is "trading". I'm not sure when the time is when I can buy a gift voucher. Very disappointing first visit to an Oliver Bonas store.

Really disappointed with this top. The colour is less vibrant than the photo online. It’s boxy in design and when I washed it according to its instructions it lost any shape it had. Totally not worth the price.

The cardigan is lovely. I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive. Took 3 days. No apology or explanation although I asked. Gave me £2 postage Back. Customer Service should be so much better For high class products

I wore the dress once and washed it on a cold wash and I’m gutted as shrunk. It’s not cheap and I was extra cautious.

In-store service was good, medium wait to purchase my item, polite and courtious. I had been given a gift of a dog opener and I liked it so much I decided to purchase a second one as a gift for friend. This gift has been given. I used my dog opener once only to discover the gold gilt on the back of the dog started to disintegrate on touch, showing the grey metal below. This is clearly a substandard product. Unfortunately it is not possible to return either product within 30 days as the first product was purchased in April and the second one has been gifted. I cannot recommend this product. I am only communicating on my receipt, I do not see any other information for customer contact.

I was told that my items were going to be sent to Battersea Store, I never received an email stating that they were received. I then received an email stating I will be getting a refund - Communication was lapse and the goods never received

Not good at all. All Orders faulty. Beads from bags missing - I ordered 4 across different orders and all faulty, I don’t know how you can sell this product. Refund took 3 weeks and I had to chase on the help chat in order to get a refund.

Awful. The top is nothing like it looks on line. Then trying to return the item to CHELMSFORD, well what an awful experience. I am never shopping there again. The staff intimidated me and despite having explained I had limited time to return the item due to an operation the following day they refused to refund my card as I had no way of confirming that I'd paid by apple pay even though I had ID.

My experience was incredibly disappointing. The mirror was lost multiple times by delivery companies and I had to continue to chase OB to help resolve the issue. It took many emails and weeks. When the delivery was finally made the large box was left on my door step in full view of the street.
