Dreadful experience. Received shade but no base. Unfulfilled order and baffled by reason as to why. Given a refund when shade was returned and a token gesture of ten euro gift card isued. I won't shop with Oliver Bonas again as I've lost confidence in their ability to deliver and I haven't used the gift card.

Terrible, I tried to return this item and it’s been stuck at the post office for days. I also have not received any information so I am not sure when I will be getting my refund.

When shopping with my daughter who is in the teaching profession, she checked at the till that 15% discount could be applied without her card but showing her pass. I paid for the purchases, of which there were several items costing £159. It was an e-receipt and I could only access it once home, to discover that no discount had been applied.

I paid for next day delivery and my package too 2 weeks to arrived. I needed the dress for an event and it arrived too late. I have had to return the item. Stop using Evri

Bought three items yesterday total £157.35 and your company has debited my bank account twice. Of course the shop staff can’t help at all. The two transactions on my account are 5 minutes apart and apparently there is no record of the duplicate transaction. Very suspicious. Not impressed.

Terrible- jumpsuit looks nothing like it does in the photos. When I returned to shop I was told I’d be emailed to tell me what happened- still haven’t gotten an email

After recently purchasing some beautiful items in store, I was shocked at the poor quality of this piece. It was half price, but thank God I didn’t pay full price. It was cheap materials, plastic “gems” and a chain so fine it would simply break if I wore it out anywhere. However, the packaging was lovely and worth more than the peice itself. Normally I love Oliver Bonas’s quality. But maybe the lesson here is don’t buy sight unseen.

I still haven’t received my delivery which I ordered on 7 October because OB uses Evri and now they’re asking for a review.

I purchased with a gift card and returned in store where they wouldn’t give me a physical gift card again and insisted it be returned to my account. I waited over a week and still no refund in my account so had to contact customer service. Meanwhile items I wanted to purchase have sold out so this method doesn’t make any sense.

The earrings I bought were discolored within 2 days of wearing and have left dark marks on my ear. The hoops are awful quality and there are patches which are completely black
