Very sad to have ordered via click and collect - to be told on collection that OB having problems with their click and collect and item not actually sent or now in stock. Wasted trip to store having received texts saying it was in. Disappointment not to have gift sorted for daughter who loved the item… Sadly I won’t be trusting OB click and collect again.

Dreadful! The entire first delivery had to be returned - back panel partly detached on one wardrobe. Other two items had water soaking into packaging from pool of water in van. Second delivery, one wardrobe was chipped on the front, back panel not flush, other small blemishes. Other wardrobe had missing legs and part of drawer handle, door didn't close flush. Arrived in cardboard box with no inside packaging. Insufficient compensation offered. Deliverers took three visits on different days to collect the three returned items - first van was completely full and could take no items. Second had only room for one of the three. Have emailed Oliver Bonas four times over six days about refund, and to date have had no reply.

When the jacket arrived it was marked all down the back. I took it back to the shop and they tried to stem it out. But it didn’t work. The staff in Glasgow were very good. If it comes back in I will definitely try and purchase it

Would have loved to wear this dress but Evri lost the original parcel plus the replacement parcel - both of which were next-day delivery parcels. So a huge disappointment. One-star for using such an incompetent carrier as Evri. However, the Oliver Bonas online staff were lovely & helpful so five stars to them. I did get a prompt refund but I really wanted the dress to be delivered!

Really poor quality. I had tried this hat on in stoor and bought it online. The online version was very different. The broach was stuck on with cheap glue, it was very lightweight ( in the store it was a quality broach). The colour was off. I think they have clearly had issues with production. Tried to email and online chat but to no avail ( no response at all to date).

I purchased the mixed floral clutch in September, I’ve used it twice and it’s unfortunately completely broken. The material has completely come away from the centre clutch so I’m not unable to use it. Would not recommend

Dreadful experience. Received shade but no base. Unfulfilled order and baffled by reason as to why. Given a refund when shade was returned and a token gesture of ten euro gift card isued. I won't shop with Oliver Bonas again as I've lost confidence in their ability to deliver and I haven't used the gift card.

When shopping with my daughter who is in the teaching profession, she checked at the till that 15% discount could be applied without her card but showing her pass. I paid for the purchases, of which there were several items costing £159. It was an e-receipt and I could only access it once home, to discover that no discount had been applied.

I paid for next day delivery and my package too 2 weeks to arrived. I needed the dress for an event and it arrived too late. I have had to return the item. Stop using Evri
