I received a faulty item 3 days ago and after being advised to launch a return on the out-of-service returns portal 3 days ago, today I’ve been told I have to pay for the return postage costs for the faulty item myself and can’t use the portal.

I returned the trainers due to staff having written over the box but never got a return receipt or email and the money didn’t credit back to my account. Very poor experience

Awful. Product received was not as advertised. Returned for replacement which was also poor quality. Extremely disappointed with my Oliver Bonas shopping experience and won’t be doing it again.

Unfortunately my order never turned up and 3 weeks after ordering I had to request a refund as Evri never received my order. I ended up not have a gift for a friend I was meeting and had to order the same gift from another company. However, my request for a refund was quick and easy through the website.

A completely different pair of shoes turned up which was particularly upsetting as I purchased these shoes for my wedding. I was refunded the amount which was good but didn’t rectify my problem of receiving the incorrect shoe and now they are not available on their web. Sad customer as I really love Oliver Bonus usually.

Sent back twice due to codged up repair on one ear ring. Stem for ear clip not in correct central position and stuck on surface off centre to snap off yet again ! No apologies offered at all. No correct replacement offered. Wife had always bought ear rings from Oliver Bonas but friends are now saying don't bother again if that was the treatment. So annoyed.

I spent some time choosing the products, but they never arrived in the post. Apparently they went missing en route! It took several phone calls to confirm this. Very disappointing.

Gift card not originally refunded as part of a larger Click and Collect order that never arrived at the chosen store. It took a visit to the store a phone call and communication on line to have it refunded
