“I was so delighted with the young lady who went to so much trouble for me. The jumper I wanted was no longer in the shop so she ordered me a new one and explained click and collect to me. So careful and kind. I felt very lucky. Thankyou”

“I absolutely love these shoes! They're elegant enough that you could wear them with a skirt or dress, but also with the small kitten heel, I can wear them with a cropped or flared jean or trousers. Perfect not only for the party season but any time of year. They don't just look great, they're comfortable too. Winner!”

“I was lucky to visit the OB store in St Albans recently and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the friendly professionalism of the staff and the superb quality of the OB clothing and product choice. I made an order for the T-shirt I wanted in my size with staff guidance and navigated the online order system with ease and a most pleasurable experience and for a 73 year old I call that a great success thank you for giving me the confidence to use online for future purchases”
