The product is fine, but I paid £5.95, it didn't arrive and Oliver Bonas told me it was DHL's tracking screens not working. Turned out DHL didn't receive it from OB in time. Paid extra for worse service.

Error at shop led to debacle. However complaint dealt with efficiently by head office. Despite missing daughters birthday a voucher to compensate restored good will.

Loooove Oliver bonas. Products are good quality and reasonably priced. Although my latest delivery was late and I paid £6 for next day, I will always love Oliver Bonas

the delivery of these shoes took over three weeks when i contacted OB for the second time i did not receive an apology for the delay was only told i would receive them shortly

I ordered the earrings in store for a Monday, but they didn't arrive until Thursday.

The size 4 is really big more like a 5. I ordered the three thinking thevsizrs were generous but they were tiny. Sizing seems to be off. I do love the design though

Waiting ages for my replacement and now the weather is cold so I can’t wear my dress 😪 also the synergy between head office and local staff in store was poor and disconnected. No one ever followed up with me and it took 5 weeks to resolve it and get my replacement

My first ever online order. Various problems sadly. Placed the order for one size and received an email CONFIRMATION, only to later received an email saying I’d been refunded as now out of stock - don’t like this system, cold and unfriendly - why let me order if no stock available?! Placed a second order for a different size and left hanging all day for a dispatch email, wondering if I was going to receive another cold, thankless refund. It dispatched but then, to the delivery....tracking stated delivery was made and SIGNED FOR by my surname at approx 11am - I wasn’t home! No card was left. It didn’t arrive and I was again left hanging thinking someone had lied about signing etc, only to find my parcel on the doorstep at 10.30pm at night. No card left to state what had happened. Opened my parcel to discover the dress is really badly creased, had a pull/hole in the fabric on the chest area and the hem is filthy dirty like some had worn it!! I’m now trying to fix and clean as it will be more stress sending it back I’m sure. I have little confidence in OB now. Not a happy first experience at all.

Disappointed that I paid £5 for a gift box for the earrings I had purchased as a gift. It was way to big for any jewellery, was literally a grey cardboard box - much like the brown cardboard box it was dispatched in, certainly not what was expected for a £5 price tag! I emailed the company with my feedback but never received a reply! Such a shame that companies don’t value true customer service. Won’t be shopping there again when there are many other companies that sell jewellery, provide the nicest gift boxes free of charge and reply to customers emails because they care about the service they provide!

The staff member on the shop floor did not approach me to see if I needed help with anything nor showed any interest in what I was doing. When I finally asked for an item from the locked cabinet, she moved at a snail's pace and had no enthusiasm in helping me. She finally perked up a bit once we were at the till where another member of staff was within earshot , but she seemed thoroughly bored with the whole interaction.

I’ve rated the gift packaging as poor because the box was so big compared to the size of the gift. I ordered earrings and expected the gift box to complement the gift- unfortunately it just cheapened the look of the purchase
