“Not super impressed as I had no notification my item was in store and available for pick up! I went out of my way to the store on an off chance and luckily was there or I would have wasted my journey.”

“Beautiful items, especially when viewed online, but overall product quality is very poor, on almost all categories (clothing, jewellery, homeware).”

“Returns policy sucks. Have the item. Still wrapped. Have the electronic receipt. Have the car (my wifes) used to pay. Oh no. We need the cardholder to sign the return. Sorry to make things difficult. You did. Do i want a credit note. No I'd like the money back in the account with everything you need provided. Useless. You only get 2 stars because it isn't this branches fault. SORT IT OUT.”

Hello Mark, we're really sorry to hear the store weren't able to issue a refund back to you. Sadly due to GDPR we can only refund back to the card when the cardholder is present. “Slow, inattentive service. Friendly when helped (eventually). Expensive for what it is. Biggest objection is having to hand over my email address for a receipt - just give me the bit of paper! I should not be required to hand over personal information like my email address just to get a payment receipt.”

“We loved the look of the rainbow glasses but thought they almost felt like plastic. We sadly have only one left now, as they were so tall it was too easy to knock them over and the stems were very thin so they broke and sometimes left the bowl intact. Enjoyed them in the short time we had them, but wouldn't replace them . Love Oliver Bonas Shops though 😘.”

“Please stop making your clothes bigger and bigger. I used to love your store. It’s creative, refreshing. It’s a bit different but has it’s own style. But I can’t even go in there now. I used to fit your smaller sizes, now they’re so big it’s ridiculous. At least start making a size 4 if you want to increase your sizes.”
