The dress I ordered was so screwed up I would have needed to iron it before trying it on and I did not want to do this.

Braclet, beautiful. Staff at local store, lovely. Clarity of just how long the item will take to arrive since order via click and collect, horrendous :( ended up having to drive.miles put of my way on a day I was not in liverpool so cost petrol, time I didn't have and expensive parking as I had to park close to the store as I only just had time to run in and get after several phone calls over several days. Love this store but super not impressed with trying to get my sisters birthday in time for her birthday.

Loved the earrings but the backs were bent flat when I took them out of the packaging.

The jewellery feels so cheap! Like it’s come out of a magazine for free! So overpriced I’m not happy with any of my order at all!

Really nice products. Paid extra for express postage and it didn't arrive in time. Contacted OB to get a delivery refund and didn't hear back from them. Don't pay for express.

Have returned the necklace having ordered matching earrings which are no longer available there is no point in having one with out the other shame as they were very pretty

Ordered a plate and was told 3/4 days later it was actually out of stock and I was being refunded, regardless of the fact I had had an order confirmation. Then once I waited and it finally came back in to stock, when it was delivered it was just dumped and ‘signed for’ by myself. Took me 2 days to find where is had been delivered as my signature had been forged

It took 10 days to receive the dress in a size 6 which I ordered. I thought that was too long. If I had known it would take so long to deliver this dress to the shop in Bromley, I would have tried other branches e.g.Victoria station.

Lovely shoes but they were too big which is disappointing because I’m always the same size. I’m in Ireland and returning the shoes cost €12 so doubt I will purchase again.

Parcel was redelivered three times due to breakage and even on the third time I received a smashed mug. Have emailed customer service and have still had no reply. Other items like the plant pots are beautiful but paint was scratched. Unfortunately will not be ordering homeware again but potentially clothing I will.

I love your products and have always found your in-store service to be excellent. Unfortunately, the previous two items I have received after ordering online have arrived in faulty condition. The first item was a gift and thankfully it was just the packaging that was damaged. The second, a framed print, was scratched several times on both the frame and plastic. This was a shame as it the damage didn’t seem to have occurred in transit, and therefore must have been approved and packaged with the faults. I have since returned and I am hopefully waiting for a replacement. As I said, I love your products, but I do feel that the online ordering/ postage service could be improved as I would hate to be put off from ordering online in the future.

Ordered a picture and a lamp and only the picture arrived... phoned customer services who told me they’d locate another lamp in-store and get it sent to them and forward it on to me as it was in the sale and out-of-stock. When the lamp eventually arrived I wasn’t impressed with the quality at all. I returned the lamp for a refund, which was done quickly without any hassle. Really disappointed.
