Lovely product, totally inadequate packing, the products arrived broken. I ordered six Jaimi Stoneware mugs, they are beautiful however they were poorly packed. Unfortunately of the six, three arrived broken: two were shattered and one has a broken handle. The other items I ordered were not ceramic however they were thrown loose in the box and were battered so as not to be suitable to give as a gift. The products should be 5 star but I am disappointed that half of my order is unusable simply because the order was not properly packaged, therefore for me the OB experience has been poor. I frequently order fragile ceramic items from Anthropologie.com, Peters of Kensington and from MatchesFashion, I have never received broken orders from these sellers. This was my first OB order.

Poor quality made worse by an oversized gift box.

The gift card came in a flimsy translucent envelope without a separate opaque envelope suitable to post it or pass it on to the recipient, so I needed to find one for myself as wrapping. It cost £3.95 in postage, which is a massive amount for something so small & light which came in a normal letter sized envelope.

The tunic arrive in a couple of days which was good but was delivered to the wrong address. I had to drive round to look for the house on the photo. There was no belt with it so I took it back to an Oliver Bonas store in Leeds to explain, and it said on the receipt it could be returned to any store. They wouldn’t take it back as I’d paid by PayPal. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere. I have posted it back but still not received a refund

I ordered a book from Oliver Bonas. This process was easy . I was told that delivery would be on the 22nd of November. The Carrier/Courier was Hermes. The book did not arrive. Delivery was delayed to the 23rd and it still did not arrive and was delayed yet again to the 25th. It still did not arrive. I contacted the retailer on 3 occasions who tried to help and it was not until I spoke to Leo that the matter was resolved . He used Royal Mail and it arrived next day Hermes is unreliable and despite having a Tracking number and tracking this parcel , their excuses for not delivering were unacceptable at every step. I have no problems with the Retailer but with Hermes. In future if I buy on line and the Carrier is Hermes I will not but the product. During this time I had deliveries from Amazon , Royal Mail and UPS who delivered as stated without any problems

my son did not receive his gift on time because of the delivery system. instead he was sent a trinket box with D on it and china thing with a gold K on it. Fairground tat.

I've been really disappointed with the quality of the jewellery I've received. The gold plating has rubbed off and small hoops have snapped. I won't be buying jewellery from them again.

I ordered this item on a Tuesday and I didn’t receive it until Wednesday the following week. I also spoke to customer services who advised me it would be delivered to a store on the Monday, but it hadn’t arrived, so was a wasted journey for me. Your competitors will deliver often next day, or click and collect on the same day in some cases. I actually needed this for a loved one’s birthday and the delay here meant the present was late.

I really like Oliver Bonus, your shops are attractive with lots of lovely things. However I can’t review the jumpsuit because despite it being available on the website, and the order successfully going through including payment, receiving notification of delivery and even receiving this email, I don’t have the jumpsuit. After I received the email saying it had been dispatched I quickly received a second email to say that my order had been cancelled as it wasn’t in stock. I was really disappointed as it looked great and my expectations had been set at receiving it. I am disappointed to be so disappointed.
