The product was fine (a £30 gift card) - the delivery was dreadful. I only got it when a neighbour found my small and very lightweight box left in her back garden. No card through either door, no signature, no text message to say I was next delivery (as I'd requested), and as it was very light and left outside, it could easily have blown away. Sorry, but this experience has put me off using Oliver Bonas online, however nice the goods might be. It's a shame, but delivery is a key part of the service.

This is the first time I have ordered from this website. I was appalled that a small gift card was packed in an oversized carton with plastic packing inside. The cost for p&p at £3.50 was excessive for the item. What is wrong with First class Royal Mail in a small envelope?

The vase was beautiful but due to poor packaging and delivery service arrived broken. Contacted OB by telephone and then email to send photos immediately, whilst was still in stock as in sale, but due to 3 day response period the item was out of stock by the time my email was replies too. Left disappointed. Full refund given however.

dress came up much bigger than expected. Smaller size available in a near by store but I was unable to get to the store. I ask if the garment could be internally transferred. This wasn’t possible. Working in retail myself, I feel this is poor customer service and an area which needs attention. I would have 100% totally brought the smaller size as I loved the dress.

Confirmation email said I would be informed when item was shipped to my local store for collection. This never happened. Missed date needed for an occasion. After 9 days I contacted OB to ask and was told it had been sitting in the store for a week. Absolutely no communication at all. They immediately then blamed the shop staff instead of looking into their automated comms system. Very poor and unprofessional.

Our customer service team are aware of your order and they're following this up to see why there was such a delay for you to receive your notification email. The team in our stores are responsible for notifying our Click & Collect customers for when the orders are ready to collect so this situation has been flagged with the stores Area Manager. Item arrived in bits. It hadn’t been broken in transit but not made correctly and pieces wouldn’t have ever fitted together. Very disappointed. Returned and awaiting refund. On the plus side I ordered two other items which were lovely.

I still haven't recieved it. I have purshased from the UK before numerous times and it has never taken this long. Not sure I would order from this site again. Too bad I like their merchandise.

Generally love the range from Oliver Bonas but was really unimpressed with the quality having washed the jumpsuit - seams on the shoulders have come away on both sides. Think I’d expect this from Topshop or Zara but not Oliver Bonas.

I've received an email asking me to review Oliver Bonas, and a recent purchase, namely the Arcelia Green Mixed Stones Gold Plated Cuff Bangle. I would love to review the product we chose but despite waiting for over 2 weeks now I have yet to receive this piece of jewellery. I have arranged delivery twice with DHL. I have contacted both DHL who have not got back to me so far and it has been one week. I visited the store in Birmingham to find out what has happened. The staff in the Birmingham store are very polite and helpful though, but my delivery is still very illusive, leaving my wife and I quite disappointed. The only thing keeping this review from becoming 'Very Poor' are the staff at the Oliver Bonas store in Birmingham who have tried to investigate my issue. Once I have received my jewellery I will be happy to write a review on it but until it is actually delivered I am unable to do so.

I ordered this dress online as a birthday gift for a friend. Two days after making the order I received an e-mail indicating that it was out of stock and I was being refunded. At this stage I no longer had any time to get my friend anything before her birthday. I had also e-mailed OB online after making the order as I had ordered it in my name but was getting it delivered to my boyfriend's work and so I wanted to see if I could get the order name changed for ease of collection from his work depot. I had a lovely e-mail back saying it was all sorted but when the order did arrive with the remainder of the items I had bought, the name on the parcel was unchanged from the original order.

Disappointed with purchase bought it on line and a bead had come off possibly in the post. I returned it and the shop were very apologetic and I got a full refund.

The item is great. The saga in getting the delivery less so. It is not OB fault that DHL could not find the address. It is OB fault that: 1. After a phone call to give delivery directions, the package was returned to OB and not re delivered 2. Phone call 2 was to find out it had been returned to you and no one had let me know. I was promised delivery next day via Royal Mail. 3. Phone call 3 was to chase delivery AGAIN. The next day delivery had actually been scheduled for the following Saturday. They would send it again next day by Royal Mail. 4. Phone call 4 was to check to see why I had been sent a dhl tracker to say my parcel had been dispatched, as we had already established they can not find the property. I was confirmed my order did have on it to be sent Royal Mail. That booking was recalled an another one sent by Royal Mail. At this point it was too late to send next day, so would go out the following day. Nearly 4 weeks after the order was placed the parcel arrives having missed both my Sister in laws Birthday and the holiday she wanted it for. Very disappointed

This skirt was not at all what I was expecting, the photo has been very cleverly taken to make it appear a more subtle pattern, furthermore the product is very big, I ordered a size 8 and it barely stays up will be returning as soon as I get the chance!

So disappointed not to have received this dress as ordered. Ordered and paid for the item only to receive an email prior to delivery advising my payment had been refunded. Presumably the order could not be fulfilled despite showing in stock at the time of ordering. Very disappointed.

I have been a long standing customer with Oliver Bonas. It was my friends birthday and I know she loves the brand too so I decided to send her a gift card. The card arrived very late despite me placing the order in plenty of time and I was so disappointed. The order had said it would arrive by the Friday (her birthday was Saturday) but it in fact didn’t arrive until the Tuesday! The back of the packaging had also been torn and crumpled.
