I am very disappointed at this as after 2-3 days of wearing the anklet. It broke.

Not good. The item was not in stock in the Wimbledon store so it was ordered. in the store, to be delivered to home. But it turned out to be discontinued - you would have thought that the store would have known? Most disappointing. Had to wait a while for the credit.

They took over 21 weeks to arrive, I chased on week 13 and 14 and was told they’d be coming the week after but they didn’t. Communication is terrible. The photos make the chairs look green but they’re a bright teal, the bar stool photos are more accurate. Additionally when they arrived one chair was faulty. The bolt in the back isn’t attached to anything, contacted OB two weeks ago and still waiting to find out what they’ll do about it. If avoid ordering in future

My order despite showing as "shipped" was never delivered. I called your servicing dept and was told that they didn't know what had happened to the order. I was also told that the item was now out of stock so they would have to arrange a refund

Disappointed in this product. This bag was damaged within an hour of using as the surface flaked off. I realise it’s not leather but it shouldn’t do this. My recommendation is do not buy.

Really poor quality, bought 2 times and both dresses faulty. Was in sale, returned both.Looks pretty but not worth it !

Terrible, because my order arrived incomplete! Never received the 2 solar lights. Delivery included only the lantern. Would appreciate a refund on the former!

Bought online, really disappointed in necklace as finish was really poor quality, Stine was tiny and not set straight on necklace. Will be returning and was surprised in the lack of quality
