“Website, I was sent a damaged item. A chipped button on the shirt but once I raised this as I wanted to keep the shirt as the item was out of stock so unable to exchange I was offered a partial refund. Though I was disappointed an item was shipped to me damaged in the first place as the stitching looks to have missed a while and slotted into the chip in the button as if it was there at manufacturing so should have been spotted before being sent to someone. It was resolved but the issue should not have arisen in the first place.”

“Had a great experience ordering online. I had ordered for in-store pick up thinking it would delivered slowly and so after I was back from vacay. Amazingly it was delivered within a day or two, which is great but meant I needed to delay my pick up in store for when I got back. The customer service team were great and delayed until after my holiday. Really happy with the service, and beautiful scalf!”

“My experience of Oliver Bonas was superb. I ordered 2 rings on the website that are gorgeous. They were on offer and a great price for the design and quality. I ordered them to be collected at a local newsagent and when I picked them up, someone had opened the package and stolen both rings. This was to do with the newsagents poor collection process, so it was reviewed by Evri with them, however I first called Oliver Bonas to explain what had happened and even though it was through no fault of their own, they immediately and kindly refunded the full amount to me and even re-ordered the replacement for me themselves, but to another collection point this time. The service received was sensational and they went above and beyond to help. Great company”
