“I ordered the candlestick using Click and Collect to my local store. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an email confirming it had reached the store. However, when I called customer service they were very helpful and passed me onto someone at the local store who confirmed it was there. When I went to pick it up, it was unfortunately smashed. Again, the team in store were very helpful in giving me a refund so I can't complain there (although it would have been good if it had been wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid it being smashed!) Overall, it was a real shame that the product was broken as it was a gift for my sister, but I appreciate that the team were elpful.”

“I bought a pair of Oliver Bonas leopard print jeans in the sale on Next for £35 (50% off). I absolutely loved them but they were too big and I was unable to get a smaller size. I went to Oliver Bonas to order them direct when their sale started, but for some reason, they weren't included. I loved them so much I decided to buy them full price, but I've removed one star for the inconsistent pricing through partners.”

“Went into Meadowhall store to buy sale items which unfortunately weren’t in stock there . However the lovely assistant was so helpful and helped me to order online and work out the best delivery for my needs , which was for my daughter’s birthday 2 days later!”
