“Sent the wrong items and was told they were unable to send correct items as they had run out. Very disappointed as theoretically they were still sat on a shelf in the warehouse but unable to check. I was able to keep the items incorrectly sent by of no real use to me. Good customer service but poor picking and packing.”

“My order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, I opened the package and there was no necklace in the jewellery bag. I contacted Oliver Bonas through their online chat and to be fair, they did send a necklace out for next day delivery. I like the necklace, but the whole order process was a hassle because of all this, so in future I probably won’t buy from Oliver Bonas online again.”
