“Shopping online was fine but the 2 seperate deliveries haven’t been, and I’m still expecting a third which isn’t ideal when I’ve paid £35 for delivery alone !”

“Not good. I paid for next day delivery on Sunday. It’s now Wednesday and I haven’t received my package. It’s for a birthday present which is why I paid £5 for next day. I’m really disappointed and frustrated with this service.”

“Unfortunately I never received by parcel via Evri yesterday. It was left on the road and on the wrong road. I can only assume it was stolen. I checked with neighbours and a safe place but it’s gone. I can’t order another jumpsuit because they are sold out. So I am really upset. I want my money back and for you to find out what happened to my parcel. I am shocked that Evri delivered so badly and that they did not ring the doorbell as I was home. Please see the photo of the delivery on the road.”

“I love the mirror, it’s absolutely beautiful and a great price in the sale. But as an overall experience I’ve deducted 2 stars. The first for how the item was packaged. Yes it was securely packaged but almost impossible to get into without nearly damaging the mirror by being stapled within a wooden box which was very difficult to take apart. The second was the customer service I received about not receiving my birthday voucher. I was told I’d have to wait until next year now despite being registered to subscription emails..not the best customer service I’ve received but thankfully the mirror is nice and eventually managed to get it out the packaging after great difficulty”
