“Very poor . Not set up for selling and collecting furniture. Wait time to call OB is unacceptably long . Poor communication from them . Lovely brand but the back end is v disappointing”

“Loved the bag.Lovely green exactly as shown on the picture. Lovely strap very comfortable and can be moved to change the length. Ideal size for everything phone purse keys etc. Really impressed with the quality and loved the quilted look of the bag. I will 100% be ordering more bags in the future. Ordered the bag for my holiday had so many comments on it how lovely it was.”
